Sometimes going around in circles is a good thing. They sound like aliens! Who are they and what do they want? And, to many employers and marketers, they may seem like aliens. Not that every new generation doesn’t seem foreign to the previous generation, but the millennials are moving so quickly and have more potential to change the world than perhaps any previous generation.
Yoga Treat #2: Upward Stretch: These are great stretches for sitting at the office, in the airport, on a plane or even standing in line at the grocery store. People may look at you, but what are really thinking? Boy, I should be doing that!! A flexible spine and a strong core are essential for a strong and safe body.
