Yoga Treat #3: Forward Bend: I’ve read many times about yoga, “you’re only as young as your spine is flexible.” This seated forward bend will help lead the way to a flexible spine.

People may look at you, but what are really thinking? Boy, I should be doing that!! A flexible spine and a strong core are essential for a strong and safe body.
